Pulleys are dynamically balanced and suit standard taper lock bushes. We also supply industrial timing pulleys to suit HTD timing belts. We also offer specially designed and manufactured pulleys to meet your requirements.
Types
Bore Types
Pilot Bore
Pilot bore pulleys have a small, pre-bored hole at the centre, usually smaller than the required shaft size.
To fit onto a shaft, a bushing or adapter is required to fill the gap between the pilot bore and the larger shaft.
Offers versatility in accommodating different shaft sizes with the use of bushings.
Plain/Straight Bore
Plain bore pulleys have a simple, unaltered bore that matches the size of the shaft they are intended to be mounted on.
These pulleys are designed to fit directly onto the shaft without the need for additional components like bushings.
Plain bore pulleys provide a straightforward and simple installation process.
Taper-lock Bore
Taper-lock bore pulleys have a tapered bore with a keyless locking mechanism.
They are mounted on the shaft without the need for keys or set screws. Instead, they use a taper-lock bushing to create a secure, frictional fit on the shaft.
Taper-lock pulleys offer a secure and backlash-free connection, eliminating the need for keyways.
