Pilot Bore Pulleys
Used in conjunction with v-belts, pilot bore v-pulleys have grooves which grip the belts to reduce slippage.
Pilot bore v-pulleys offer the flexibility of custom boring to suit a specific application or shaft size. Pilot bore v-pulleys are used for high-speed transmission of power between drive shafts through V & Wedge Belts which grip the belts to reduce slippage. These are manufactured in cast iron to ISO 4183 standard and suitable for use with all Classical V & Wedge Belts, produced in accordance to ISO 4184. The types available starting from 1 groove pilot bore up to 6 grooves.
