The NN Roller Type Freewheel is a non-bearing internal overrunning clutch designed for oil-lubricated, bolted H7 housing installation with reliable one-way torque transmission.
Features
- Bore range: up to 250mm
- Nom. Transmitting torque: 225000Nm
- Non-bearing supported design requiring external bearings to carry axial and radial loads
- Lubrication and sealing must be provided during installation
- Standard lubrication is oil
- Inner race is keyed to the shaft for secure drive transmission
- Outer race is fitted into housing with H7 tolerance for precise alignment
- Outer race is secured using high-strength bolts of grade 10.9 or higher.
