The Ringfeder TNK / TKVO barrel coupling series is a high-performance, application-optimised solution designed specifically for rope drum connections in crane and hoist lifting systems. Manufactured from high-strength materials, this coupling type delivers exceptional torque capacity, durability and operational reliability in demanding lifting applications.
Engineered in accordance with SEB 666212 German steel industry standards, the TNK / TKVO series is purpose-built for heavy-duty rope drum hinge joints, combining compact design with simplified assembly and long service life. The TNK / TKVO barrel coupling consists of a high-strength housing with semi-circular internal gearing and a matching hub. Steel barrel rollers are positioned within this circular interface to transmit torque efficiently while allowing controlled relative movement between components. This design enables the coupling to accommodate angular misalignment and limited axial displacement during operation, making it highly suitable for dynamic lifting environments.
