The TCIM high specification cast iron series motors are designed for severe duty applications and harsh environments.

The plate exterior is identical to that of the ANSI standard Roller Chain, but the plate thickness and the pin external diameter are identical to those of the Roller Chain One size larger.

For this series, the link plate dimensions of roller chains manufactured according to DIN 8188 are used, but the pin diameter and thickness of the link plate correspond to the next larger chain size. (ISO 4347 and DIN 8152).

All the Sedis Leaf chains can be supplied with an anti-corrosion treatment or a treatment against cold usage.

BL / LH Series ( Leaf Heavy) leaf chains consist of link plates which are thicker and larger in contour than the AL Series link plates of the same pitch.

Measure with accuracy leaf chain and roller chain wear and the percentage of elongation so you know when it’s time to replace your chain safely.
