The Fluidomat SM Shaft Mounted Fluid Coupling is a compact, hollow shaft solution designed for direct-on-shaft mounting. The SMD variant features a standard delayed fill chamber, reducing start-up torque and mechanical stress, while the SM-DX model includes an extended delay fill chamber for even greater soft-start control. Both types come fitted with a rubber coupling at the drive end, providing effective vibration damping and improved torque transmission. Ideal for conveyors, crushers, and other demanding industrial applications requiring smooth starts and shock load protection.
